Beskidzka by the ‘Czartak’ Foundation of the E. Zegadłowicz Museum in Gorzeń Górny, in particular a valuable gallery of paintings and graphics by Polish artists from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The purchase of a ticket to the museum also allows you to see the most valuable rooms of the castle – the knight’s hall and the chapel.
In the so-called ‘Gardener’s House’ located on the outskirts of the castle park there is an ethnographic department of the museum with an exhibition devoted to the material and spiritual culture of the old inhabitants of the Sucha area – the Babia Góra and Żywiec Highlanders. The exhibits come from the collections of the Society of Lovers of the Sucha Region. One can see here, among others, an interior of a highlander cottage, reconstruction of a shepherd’s hut, tools and household equipment.
