OBSERVATION TOWER AT THE ‘BESKIDZKI RAJ’

The tower is part of the ‘Beskidzki Raj’ hotel complex situated in a picturesque place under the Surzynówka peak (816 m above sea level) in the Jałowiec Range, but it is open to the public (entrance fee; ticket machine). It is 25 m high, of steel construction with wooden finishing. The tower offers a magnificent all-round view of the Beskids: Żywiec, Maków, Silesian, Little and Gorce, and identification of the summits is facilitated by boards with detailed descriptions of the panorama. The black trail from Sucha Beskidzka to Zawoja runs in the vicinity of the ‘Beskidzki Raj’.
