An interesting option for cyclists is the complex of cross-border single track mountain trails connecting Oravská Polhora with Zawoja on the Polish side (more information – www.babiahoratrails.sk, www.babiagoratrails.com).
On the Slovakian side of Babia Góra runs the Beskid Cycling Trail (Beskydská cyklomagistrála) which connects to the Oravská cyklomagistrála, linking the Slovakian Kysuce with the whole of Orava and Liptov.
The northernmost point of Slovakia is accessible from Oravská Polhora by a hiking trail called ‘Gajdošský chodník’.
