KOZIE SKAŁY

Kozie Skały is a rock ridge formed of sandstone, stretching for about 500 metres along the ridge of Żurawnica (727 metres amsl) above Krzeszów. The rocks fall to the north with steep walls, which are a few metres high. Rare species of mosses and other rock-loving plants have been found here. Along the foot of the Kozie Skały, and then along the ridge above them, the green tourist trail from Krzeszów to Sucha Beskidzka runs (partly together with the red-marked Little Beskid Trail).
